Proms at St Jude's

The Proms at St Jude’s

The Proms at St Jude’s is an annual summer music festival featuring a mixture of classical, jazz and gospel. The concerts take place in the stunning venue of St Jude’s Church in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Sir Edwin Lutyens’ Grade 1 listed masterpiece, renown for its acoustic and beautiful Starmer murals. Started in 1993, the Proms are organised to raise money for charitable causes: most recently the North London Hospice and Stepney Children’s Fund at Toynbee Hall in the East End. The lunchtime concerts are free. A marquee serves light refreshments, including sandwiches, snacks, wine, beer, tea and coffee.
